Science:
We will work on the review questions of our 3rd unit and on brain maps in order to prepare for the unit exam on March 9th. We will also begin our 4th unit: Electricity.
Bring your can of Sweetened Condensed Milk!
Do not forget 8$ for your Poutine on Thursday March 5th.

Students will be working on group projects in regards to Chapter 5. They are asked to create a tourism pamphlet highlighting information and immigration incentives about a chosen Canadian province. This project is expected to be handed in on March 6th.

You also have some poems to write this week. Remember, by the end of this month you will be sharing one of your original poems with the class. Your free verse will be done for Monday March 2nd. You were given a rubric last week so don't lose it. You can also find it on last week's blog.

FLA:
We will start the week with a listening comprehension exercise:  A podcast that explores how to verify a photo that is circulating on social media.  For the remainder of the week we will begin our PAT preparations, starting with the essay.  We will develop an essay plan together and independently, then we will study the rubric in order to get a good sense of the expectations.
