This week you will be engaging in book talks for your independent reading novels.  Be ready to present on the day that was drawn for you in class two weeks ago.  The questions were provided three weeks in advance for you to practice and prepare for this discussion.  While I am discussing books with each of you, you will be working on your poetry project.  You will need to analyze a poem (from a selection given to you in class), write a poem (you can continue with the one you started with MC June or choose to start again from scratch) and present a poem (either the one you wrote or the one you analyzed) during a poetry café in class on December 4th.
